Kelsey and Camille Grammer’s former Malibu home has found a buyer

Kelsey and Camille Grammer’s onetime love nest has finally sold, 11 years after it first hit the market, according to the Los Angeles Times.

The 4.75-acre compound, on Serra Road, was last listed for $17 million. Christopher Cortazzo of Coldwell Banker and Christopher Dyson of the Agency had the listing.

The Grammers, who have been divorced since 2011, snagged the property for just $4.5 million in 1998, a year after their marriage. Kelsey has since moved on, marrying former air hostess Kayte Walsh.

The 6,645-square-foot home has four bedrooms, six bathrooms, a library, a home theater and a kitchen designed by celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck. There’s also a detached guest house, a lily pond, a tennis court and a pool. [LA Times] — Katherine Clarke
