Ailing media mogul Summer Redstone will no longer bequeath his eight-bedroom Beverly Park mansion to his girlfriend Manuela Herzer after dismissing her from his life and amending his will last October, according a court filings.

Instead, the 92-year-old’s 15,355-square-foot home in the exclusive gated community will go to his charitable foundation. The property is reportedly worth around $20 million, according to the Los Angeles Times.

The disclosure comes amid a battle between Redstone and Herzer over whether or not he was mentally fit to drop her as his health care proxy last November.

Redstone reportedly spends most of his time at the house, which is filled with large tanks of tropical fish.

The community, which is also home to the likes of Sylvester Stallone and Rod Stewart, is “the most prestigious enclave for high-end residential real estate in Los Angeles,” Mauricio Umansky, CEO of the Agency, told Forbes in 2013. [LAT] — Katherine Clarke
