“The Hills” star turned fashion designer Lauren Conrad has raked in $2.8 million from the sale of her Beverly Hills home, the L.A. Times reported.

That’s quite a windfall for the reality T.V. maven, who bought the property in 2012 for just $1.35 million.

Cary Glenn of Main Beach Realty had the exclusive listing, while Nerses Ananyan of Titus Realty represented the buyer, whose identity was not clear.

Conrad completely renovated the 3,200-square-foot, two-bedroom home over the past four years. The property has a reclaimed brick clad living area, barn-style doors and a garden terrace tiled in black and white marble. [LAT] — Katherine Clarke
