Stockard Channing lists Laurel Canyon home for $1.88M

Stockard Channing’s Hollywood Hills home has come on the market for $1.895 million.

The property, on Woodrow Wilson Drive near Laurel Canyon Park, is hidden behind a house co-owned by Rumer Willis and her former step dad Ashton Kutcher, according to Variety, which first spotted the listing.

Channing, who’s best known for playing Rizzo in “Grease” but has more recently appeared in “The Good Wife,” bought the property for $1.075 million in 2003, records show.

The 2,196-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bathroom abode sits on a 0.75-acre parcel overlooking the canyon. [Variety] – Katherine Clarke
