The Malibu real estate market is royally hot.
Catherine Oxenberg, an actress from the 1980s TV series “Dynasty” and daughter of Princess Elizabeth of Yugoslavia, has listed her 3,701-square-foot abode in the hills of Malibu for $3 million, The Real Deal has learned.
She shared the residence, located just past Trancas Canyon and across from Broad Beach, with her former husband of 16 years, actor Casper Van Dien. The couple filed for divorce last year. The five-bedroom home features vaulted ceilings, French doors in each room, a salt-water pool and a full acre of greenery.
The listing agents are Nanette Marchand of Rodeo Realty and Alexander Mayer of Engel & Volkers Westlake.
Oxenberg played the role of Amanda Carrington in “Dynasty.” She began her acting career a few years earlier in the TV movie “The Royal Romance of Charles and Diana” as Princess Diana and more recently starred as herself in the Lifetime reality show, “I Married a Princess.”
Van Dien was most notably in the 1997 sci-fi flick, “Starship Troopers.” His second film as a director, called “Patient Killer” aired on Lifetime as well. — Cathaleen Chen
