On-screen ass-kicker Jean-Claude Van Damme has sold his home in Marina del Rey for $7.3 million.

The three-story custom-built home has been on and off the market for a year. It was originally listed for $10 million, the L.A. Times reported. The “Double Impact” Belgian actor acquired it for $6 million four years ago.

In the most recent transaction, it was listed by Shaun Hurley of First Team Real Estate. Maison International’s Erin Alls represented the buyer.

The 7,500-square-foot canal front residence was built in 2011. The contemporary-style home features a gym, wine cellar, home theatre, elevator, rooftop pool and six fireplaces. It has a total of six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.

According to the Times, the sale of JCVD’s home is among the most expensive deals to go down in the neighborhood. In the first quarter of 2016, the average sale price for single-family homes in Marina Del Rey was $1.9 million, according to a quarterly report from The Agency.

Just one mile east, a 1,326-square-foot home on the Venice Canals sold for just under $2.7 million in January — the highest price paid per square foot on the Canals since 2005.

JCVD, who is more affectionately known as “the Muscles from Brussels,” has been in more than 50 movies since his debut in the early 1980s. [LAT]Cathaleen Chen
