A massive 11-bedroom Beverly Park mansion has hit the market for $45 million — and it has an unusual perk in the form of a celebrity neighbor.

The 19,000-square-foot property in the uber-exclusive gated community is next door to Mark Wahlberg’s expansive Los Angeles estate.

It was formerly home to porn purveyor Norm Zada, who founded Perfect 10 magazine. He sold it to the current owner, rumored to be a wealthy Saudi family, for $16.5 million in 2010. Other residents of Beverly Park include Denzel Washington, Mike Eisner and Sylvester Stallone.

“Million Dollar Listing” stars Josh and Matt Altman of  Douglas Elliman have the listing. They weren’t immediately available for comment.

The contemporary home, designed by the Landry Design Group, has the highest elevation in Beverly Park. It includes a 6,100-square-foot guest house and outdoor amenities such as a pool and a tennis court, according to the listing.

Walhberg recently completed work on his French manor-style home next door.
