Submarket Snapshot: Homes in Los Feliz in Q1 2016

There were 45 homes sold in Los Feliz for more than $1 million in the first quarter, according to a report by The Agency.

The average price of such a home was $2.25 million, or $695 a square foot.

Residences sold at an average of almost 3 percent over listing price.

As of April, there were 33 luxury homes listed in Los Feliz at an average price of $2 million, or $666 a square foot.
