Submarket Snapshot: Homes in Hollywood Hills East in Q1 2016

On the eastern side of the Hollywood Hills, 20 homes sold for more than $1 million in the first quarter, according to a report by the Agency. 

The average price of those homes was $1.6 million, which is the exact price of funnyman Jason Segel’s recent listing in the area.

The average per-square-foot price was $599 in the first quarter. Deals closed at an average of 3.1 percent over listing price.

There were 29 residences listed in Hollywood Hills East as of April. They were asking for an average of $2.1 million, and $690 a square foot.
