Stargate has a new home.

No, not that Stargate. The duo behind Stargate, the record production team, has recently acquired a brand new house in Venice for $5.3 million.

The Grammy-winning Norwegian producers, Tor Erik Hermansen and Mikkel Eriksen, were behind hits such as Wiz Khalifa’s “Black and Yellow” and Katy Perry’s “Firework.” They purchased the 4,300-square-foot home through an LLC that’s also connected to production duo Hugh Atkins and Daniel Poku, or D-Mob as they’re called, the L.A. Times reported.

The European farmhouse-style abode, built and designed by house flipping superstar Kim Gordon, has four bedrooms and five bathrooms. The master suite has its own steam room. Gordon calls this house “muscular minimalist,” The Real Deal previously reported.

The property first came on the market for just under $5 million in April. Halton Pardee & Partners’ Tami Pardee was the listing agent, and Robin Walpert of Sotheby’s International Realty represented the buyers.

The house has a formal living room, dining room, and separate wine room. Glass walls slide open to three gardens outside. Upstairs, there’s a roof patio that takes in surrounding views.

With Gordon’s signature steel floor-to-ceiling windows and large pantries, the house on Milwood Avenue was on the market for only 16 hours. [LAT]Cathaleen Chen
