The Pacific Palisades home briefly occupied by Rihanna is back on the market for $14.6 million, The Real Deal has learned.
The singer moved into the 11,000-square-foot estate in 2012. It didn’t take long for stalkers to flock to the property, wanting Rihanna’s autograph or hand in marriage.

She promptly moved out, and reportedly sublet the seven-bedroom, seven-bath, two-powder room estate for two years, asking $65,000 a month. The property was listed for sale in 2014 for just shy of $15 million.
Now the property at 932 Rivas Canyon Road has returned to the market with a $400,000 price chop. Ben Bacal, Jason Peteler and David Ferrugio of Rodeo Realty have the listing.
The estate includes a rooftop deck with a sprawling pool and a 6,000-square-foot garden.It is behind a private, gated drive and has 14-foot ceilings, walls of glass and a master suite with a double-sided fireplace and a spa-like bath that overlooks the pool.
