Limp Bizkit is keeping up with the Kardashians.

Fred Durst, lead singer of America’s premier rap metal band, recently traded his Hollywood Hills home for a $1.6 million pad in the San Fernando Valley neighborhood of Hidden Hills, The Real Deal has learned.

His new neighbors will include the likes of Jennifer Lopez, Drake, Britney Spears and of course, the Kardashian-Jenner clan.

The 3,469-square-foot home on Oakfield Road has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The farm-style ranch has an open-concept floor plan and features vaulted ceilings, marble counters and a pool in the backyard. Marketing materials also boast that the one-acre home has “plenty of room for equestrian facilities.”

Catherine Fields of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices was the listing agent. Durst was represented by Leyla Blumenfeld of Teles Properties.

Earlier this summer, Durst unloaded his Hollywood Hills home on Creston Drive for $1.5 million. The Spanish revival-style residence was formerly owned by actress Minnie Driver. The singer bought it from her in late 2014 for about the same price.

Durst, who ventured into film in 2006, upgraded homes because of “he’s focused on his family and less on rock-n-roll,” according to someone close to the deals.
