“Black Swan” producer Mike Medavoy slashed a cool $1 million off his Beverly Hills listing, which now goes for just under $12 million.

The 8,829-square-foot house has been on the market for nearly two years. Its initial price tag was $15 million, Variety reported.

Described as a “Hamptons Traditional,” the main abode sits on 1.9 acres of manicured grounds. With six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, it features a media room, breakfast nook, library with fireplace and family room with a wet bar. The master bedroom suite has its own fireplace and a private balcony, but the real gem is the bathroom — it has a sunroof, twin vanities, jacuzzi tub and a two-person shower.

Medavoy acquired the home in June 2013 for $8.2 million.

Outside, the property offers flagstone terraces, a swimming pool with spa, a grilling station and views of the canyon.

Medavoy, who has worked on thrillers like “Shutter Island” and “Zodiac,” has bought and sold several properties in L.A. with wife Irena. In 2010, for instance, the pair flipped a $6 million Mulholland Estates bungalow and sold it to Charlie Sheen for $7 million. [Variety]Cathaleen Chen
