This shark is bringing his sharp teeth to the real estate market.
Film producer and “Shark Tank Australia” judge Andrew Banks is looking to make an $8 million profit on the sale of his 10,522-square-foot Beverly Hills pad.
Banks is listing the the seven bedroom residence for $17.5 million, after acquiring it just four years ago for $9.2 million, the L.A. Times reported.
The Agency’s James Harris, David Parnes and Marisa San Antonio are the listing agencies.
The remodeled neoclassical home, which sits on a half-acre lot, has a two-story foyer with a pair of curved staircases. It features a formal dining room with French doors, a music room with wet bar and a living room with a gold-tinted ceiling. The property also has 10 bathrooms, an office, a yoga studio, an elevator and a theater.
There is also a swimming pool, an outdoor dining room, and a pool house with a sauna.
Banks has been a panelist on “Shark Tank Australia” since 2015. He co-founded two companies, recruitment firm Morgan & Banks and human resources company Talent2 International, as well as his own production company Lila 9th Productions. [LAT] — Cathaleen Chen
