Russell Peters isn’t joking around with triple profit $11M ask

Russell Peters’ appetite for a quick profit on his 10,000-square-foot Malibu home is no laughing matter.

The comedian recently listed the two-story home for $12 million — that’s nearing three times the $4.7 million price tag he paid two years ago. Desiree Zuckerman of Rodeo Realty is the listing agent, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Recently remodeled, the nine-bedroom abode features a gigantic kitchen, family room with web bar, gym, 10-seat theater and a wall of glass that slides open to the backyard. The master bedroom has its own sauna and wraparound patio.

In addition to the stone-lined patio outside, there’s a fire pit and swimming pool. Peters has another listing in L.A. — a Mediterranean-style house in Studio City, currently listed at $2.8 million. [LAT] — Cathaleen Chen
