Gerard Butler lists Los Feliz house for $4.4M

It isn’t Sparta, but it’s got a screening room for viewings of “300.”

Gerard Butler has listed his Los Feliz home for $4.4 million, a tidy jump over the $3.25 million he paid for it in 2008, Variety reported. Those interested in the actor’s digs could also rent the four-bedroom pad for $15,000 per month.

Spanning nearly 4,500 square feet, the Spanish Revival-style abode has four bathrooms, beamed ceilings, a gated courtyard, a terrace and a pool with a spa.
