Emilio Estevez, aka the jock in “The Breakfast Club,” has finally sold his small Malibu vineyard after three years of putting it on and taking it off the market.

The Point Dume property is currently in escrow for an undisclosed amount, Variety reported, but its final listing price was $6.5 million.

Estevez acquired the one-acre land parcel and residence for $2.2 million in 2000, according to property records. The property includes a 3,700-square-foot main house, a detached guesthouse and a backyard spread big enough to grow the Pinot Noir grapes used in the actor’s own artisanal brand of wine, Casa Dumetz.

The main Tuscan-style pad includes four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and a multi-level terrace with dining facilities in the backyard. Outside, there’s also a fire pit, a swimming pool and raised-bed gardens for vegetables and herbs.

At one point, the vineyard was listed for $10 million. Estevez is currently working on his original film, “The Public”, in which he will co-star, produce and direct. [Variety] — Cathaleen Chen
