Mike Posner to sell “cooler than you” property for $1.4M

It’s the house that partying in Ibiza made.

Mike Posner, the crooner behind tunes like “I took a Pill in Ibiza” and “Cooler than me,” has made a tidy profit on the sale of his Hollywood Hills home.

The pop singer’s pad is in escrow for close to $1.4 million, a significant jump over the $1 million he paid for it in 2013, TMZ reported. 

The 1,500-square-foot property comprises two separate houses, the bigger of which has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The other is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom guesthouse.

The main house has hardwood floors, skylights, vaulted ceilings, an open floor plan living room, and a 100-square-foot private deck. There’s also a bonus room that could be an office, a wine cellar, or a “man cave,” according to the listing.
