Love don’t cost a thing, but J.Lo’s Hidden Hills mansion went for $12.5 million to a lucky buyer.

If all goes as planned — apparently there are “contingencies” to be worked out — the actress, singer and ageless human being Jennifer Lopez will sell the 17,000-square-foot mansion for $4.5 million short of her initial ask in early 2015, the Los Angeles Times reported.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties’ Marc and Rory Shevin were the listing agents.

Located in the Ashley Ridge area and sitting on about three acres of land, the residence has nine bedrooms and 13 bathrooms. It features a 20-person theater, 12-seat dining room, speakeasy bar, game room and an entire creative wing that has dance and recording studios. The master bedroom suite has its own terrace and sitting area.

Lopez was quick to upgrade. In May, she shelled out nearly $40 million for a 14,000-square-foot “French Country refuge” in Bel Air.
