The dust had barely settled after rapper Drake moved into his 20-acre Beverly Crest estate when he hung up a “For Sale” sign with an $88 million asking price.

The Canadian musician, who bought the 24,200-square-foot mansion last spring for $75 million, has listed it at 9904 Kip Drive, Dirt.com reported, citing TMZ.

The Tuscan-style home, high in the hills above Benedict Canyon and surrounded by mature oak and olive trees, was built in 2001.

Highlights of the 10-bedroom, 22-bathroom estate include a double-height foyer with a grand staircase, a living room with two fireplaces, wine cellar, gym, an elevator, a kitchen with dual islands and an upstairs master bedroom with a view of Los Angeles and the Pacific Ocean.

There’s a guest house, outdoor kitchen, a “hidden” orchard and a guest house with a mosaic-tiled swimming pool, according to the listing.

The property comes with an 11-car garage and a motor court with room for a dozen more.

No word about where Drake is moving. The rapper known for “Hold on, We’re Going Home” spends much of his time in his hometown of Toronto, where he owns a 50,000-square-foot mansion in the tony Bridle Path neighborhood.

Brokers Branden and Rayni Williams of The Beverly Hills Estates and Marc Bretter of Maywood Property Group share the listing.

Drake, whose full name is Aubrey Drake Graham, is an active trader in real estate.

Last April, he sold two homes in Hidden Hills to Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford for $11 million.

The houses are next door to a 12,500-square-foot home that Drake also owns at 5841 Round Meadow Road, dubbed his YOLO estate, which he listed at the same time for $14.8 million.
