Luxury Listings NYC’s summer soirée

More than 250 designers, TV personalities, brokers, real estate executives and bankers gathered at the swank Beautique restaurant across the street from the Plaza Hotel last month to ring in Luxury Listings NYC’s summer issue soirée.

For many the highlight of the evening was a chance to pose for photos with Jill Zarin, formerly of “The Real Housewives of New York,” whose Upper East Side home was featured on the magazine’s last cover.

Douglas Elliman chief Howard Lorber, who was on hand for the event, told TRD he has known Zarin since she was 8. “I’m really going back to my roots,” said Lorber, who once worked with Zarin’s father.

Elliman’s president Dottie Herman, who said she was fan of Zarin’s on “Housewives,” also knows her from the New York Friars Club. Other bold-faced named who made appearances at the bash and after-hours included former “Million Dollar Listing New York” star Michael Lorber, Donald Trump’s ex-wife Ivana Trump and Alex McCord, another former “Housewife.” Here are some of the faces in the crowd.
