Lauderdale Lakes demolishes vacant buildings

Lauderdale Lakes’ city commissioner has agreed to buy several vacant buildings in the city from the Community Redevelopment Agency, and demolish them to make way for either new housing or green space. A neglected building at 3901 NW 30th Terrace and several vacant buildings on the southwest corner of Northwest 31st Avenue and 40th Street will be demolished.
