Doubletree gets name change

The Coconut Grove Doubletree Hotel at 2649 S. Bayshore Drive, Miami, has been sold and will now carry the Courtyard by Marriott name. Miami’s Finvarb Group, which bought the property, plans to renovate and remarket the 196-room property on Biscayne Bay. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler’s Miami office brokered the sale.
