The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a six-bedroom, six-and-a-half bathroom house at 431 San Marco Drive in Fort Lauderdale, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $2 million Broward County home saw a $295,000, or 13 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $2.595 million when it hit the market in April. The price was last cut to $2.295 million in May. The 5,785-square-foot waterfront home sits on an 11,000-square-foot lot on South Las Olas Isles and has direct ocean access.
