Matthew Anderson was the opening speaker at the Interface Distressed Assets: Florida conference yesterday at the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables. Anderson is a partner with Oakland-based Foresight Analytics, a division of Trepp. Anderson talked to The Real Deal about the main factors driving the real estate market, nationally and in South Florida, and what the impact might be of a host of loans that are maturing in the next few years.
