Banner Supply, the Miami company that provided a large amount of tainted Chinese drywall to South Florida, will pay $55 million to homeowners as part of its settlement. The plan must still be approved by Judge Eldon Fallon, who is presiding over a nationwide lawsuit in Louisiana, and homeowners must have received their drywall from Banner, as seen in the video above.
