The seller was Palm Beach SPE, an affiliate of Chicago-based Hometown America and a Delaware limited liability company based in Chicago.

Attorney Daniel Perlman of Kirkland & Ellis in Chicago, who represents Palm Beach SPE, said he could not comment due to corporate policy.

The project is located at 2000 North Congress Avenue in West Palm Beach, just southwest of the President Country Club, which was purchased, also for $11 million, last month.
