Foreclosure stats for the week

As of today, the number of foreclosures in South Florida year-to-date is 33,169 down from 57,134 at the same time last year, based on the most recent data available from Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties. In the week ending today there were 878 foreclosures in South Florida, representing a significant increase from 485 in the same week last year.
