Metro 1 Commercial adds Scott Silver

Metro 1 Commercial has named Scott Silver its new executive director of M1 Advisory, a division of the firm, according to President Tony Cho. Silver, a 30-year real estate veteran, will consult with clients on commercial loan workouts, property repositioning and development strategy. “We are very pleased to welcome Scott Silver to our growing Metro 1 Commercial team,” Cho said. Silver, an attorney, most recently worked on the repositioning of the Palmetto Bay Village Center, an 80-acre site near Bicsayne Bay. — Alexander Britell
