North Lauderdale mobile home park, adjacent site sell for $9.8 million

Miami-based Ocean Bank has sold a North Lauderdale mobile home community and an adjacent empty lot for a total of $9.8 million, the South Florida Business Journal reported. The mobile home park, which is located at 5601 North State Road 7, sold for a discount of 25 percent off of its mortgage. The buyer of the mobile park was Lauderdale Mobile Home Park, a limited liability company. Another firm, Lauderdale Commercial Site, purchased the vacant lot. Antonio Gonzalez manages both companies.
