Sabadell United Bank adds Kevin Miliffe to commercial real estate division

Sabadell United Bank has hired Kevin Miliffe as assistant vice president for commercial real estate, it announced today. Miliffe, who will be based at the Sabadell Financial Center in downtown Miami, will work with developers and investors in the role. “We are excited to announce that Kevin Miliffe has joined the Sabadell team,” said Steve Cohen, senior vice president of commercial real estate at Sabadell. “His detailed knowledge of real estate markets throughout Florida will enhance Sabadell’s ability to understand our clients’ business and allow us to serve their needs.” Miliffe was formerly with the Aztec Group, where he was a director. — Alexander Britell
