Status changes to “pending” on $19.8 million Palm Beach home

Broker Lawrence Moens has changed the status on Palm Beach’s 101 Indian Road from active to pending on the Multiple Listing Service, the Palm Beach Daily News reported. The home, which is listed for $19.8 million, was built in 1972. If the deal goes through, it could be the largest sale in Palm Beach since summer 2011.
