Shula Burger signs Kendall lease

Shula Burger, Don Shula’s new burger chain, has signed a 2,384-square-foot lease in Kendall’s Market Square Shopping Center. The property is located on the southwest corner of Killian Parkway and Southwest 117th Avenue. It will be the first location for Shula Burger in Miami-Dade County. The chain has already opened a location in Islamorada in the Florida Keys. Michael Weiss of SRS Real Estate Partners represented Shula Burger in the transaction. — Alexander Britell
