New owners plan mixed-use resort at WPB’s President Country Club

The President Country Club in West Palm Beach could eventually be the site of a mixed-use resort and spa, the Palm Beach Post reported. The project, if executed, would be the largest in the area since Related’s CityPlace in 2000. The plans involve a 400-unit hotel, along with medical offices, a conference center and a 30,000-square-foot spa, among other amentiies. [Palm Beach Post]
