HFF tapped to market Florida office properties

A Germany-based company has chosen HFF to market two office properties in Florida. HFF will be marketing the 61,145-square-foot Pelican Bay Financial Center in Naples and the 166,391-square-foot University Park office park in Fort Myers. The latter is 57 percent leased. HFF’s team is led by Manuel de Zarraga, executive managing director, senior managing director Herman Rodriguez and director Ike Ojala in Miami, along with Dallas-based director Elizabeth Malone. — Alexander Britell
