Miami-based joint venture buys 135,000-square-foot Nashville office park

A Miami-based joint venture between Adler Real Estate Fund and Kawa Capital Management has purchased the 135,000-square-foot Greenbriar Business Park in Nashville. The venture acquired the property from KBS REIT I, a public non-listed REIT. CBRE brokers Steve Preston and Douglass Johnson represented the seller in the transaction. HFF’s Miami office assisted Adler in securing a mortgage for the property from SunTrust. The Adler Real Estate Fund has more than 4.5 million square feet of office, industrial and flex-space holdings. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. — Alexander Britell
