Parrot’s Landing

The 560-unit Parrot’s Landing Apartments has traded for $56.3 million, according to the South Florida Business Journal. A company called Dedicated Parrots Landing, which lists Toronto-based Brass Enterprises as a manager, was the buyer of the property located at 7900 Hampton Boulevard in North Lauderdale. The seller was an entity known as 7900 Hampton Blvd, LLC, which includes a company operating as Colorado-based Hampton Peak, according to public records spotted by the Business Journal.

The three 24 three-story buildings, which compose the apartment complex, sold to Texas-based commercial real estate firm Behringer Harvard in a joint-venture with Grand Peaks Properties in 2010. [SFBJ]Christopher Cameron
