West Palm Beach’s McCraney partners with Clarion on Orlando industrial project

West Palm Beach-based McCraney Property Company and Clarion Partners have entered into a joint venture to develop three industrial buildings in Orlando Central Park, the companies announced. McCraney, which has offices in West Palm Beach, the Treasure Coast and Orlando, is a developer of commercial and warehouse distribution properties. Clarion, a real estate investment manager, has more than $25 billion in assets under management, including 100 million square feet of industrial projects in North America. Along with the 150,000-square-foot Dade Paper building, Clarion and McCraney will build two additional spec industrial buildings with a total of 225,000 square feet. — Alexander Britell
