Boca Raton’s One Thousand Ocean condo sells beach villa for $4 million

The One Thousand Ocean condominium in Boca Raton has sold a corner “Beach Villa” for $3.98 million, the project announced Thursday. The villa, which was purchased in an all-cash transaction, has two stories. The sale brings One Thousand Ocean’s total closed sales volume to $205 million. The buyer was based in Virginia. Just six of One Thousand Ocean’s 52 residences remain are still on the market, a sales rate of 88 percent. One Thousand Ocean is adjacent to Boca Raton’s Boca Beach Club. — Alexander Britell
