Terra Group adds four Midtown-area parcels to Miami portfolio

Miami-based developer Terra Group has added four new parcels to its portfolio, the company announced. The acquisitions form more than 1 million square feet of development rights in the Design District/Midtown neighborhood. The properties are located at 3550 Biscayne Boulevard, 3557 NE 2 Avenue, 225 NE 35 Street and a fourth that is across from the 3550 Biscayne and 3557 NE 2 Ave parcels. “We are very fortunate to lock in this location in the midst of this neighborhood’s renaissance,” said David Martin, president and CEO of Terra Group. Specific plans for how the parcels will be used are “still in the planning stages,” according to the company. — Alexander Britell
