Sunset Place mall markets 100,000 square feet

The Shops at Sunset Place owner, Simon Property Group, is marketing 100,000 square feet of space through  Blanca Commercial Real Estate, the South Florida Business Journal reported. The former retail space, which is located at the intersection of U.S. 1 and Southwest 57th Avenue, will be used for office, education or medical offices.
