TRD launches first-ever South Florida Market Report with roundtable discussion

The Real Deal is holding a roundtable discussion and party at the Vizcayne condo tower, at 244 Biscayne Boulevard in downtown Miami, on Thursday evening. The event comes on the heels of TRD‘s first-ever South Florida Market Report print edition, which came out earlier this month.

The roundtable, which will take a look at the new wave of condominium construction in South Florida, will feature EWM President and CEO Ron Shuffield; Alicia Cervera Lamadrid, managing partner at Cervera Real Estate; Philip Spiegelman, principal at ISG; Beth Butler, president of One Sotheby’s International Realty; and Peter Zalewski, founder of brokerage and consultancy Condo Vultures. The discussion will be moderated by TRD’s South Florida bureau chief Alexander Britell.
