Marcus & Millichap has listed Riverbend, a bank-owned development opportunity in Fort Lauderdale, for $13.9 million, the brokerage announced. The property’s price equates to approximately $1.2 million per acre. Drew Kristol and Kirk Olson in the firm’s Miami office are representing the lender. “This is a rare opportunity to own a core commercial development site in the heart of Fort Lauderdale,” Kristol said.
