One Sotheby’s adds Samantha Joelle Elenson

One Sotheby’s International Realty has announced the hiring of Samantha Joelle Elenson in the firm’s Miami Beach office. Elenson, who specializes in luxury waterfront properties in Golden Beach, Sunny Isles and Miami Beach, will be joining the company as an Estate Agent. Her recent high-end closings and listings include: 229 Ocean Blvd, Golden Beach which sold for $6.6 million and an oceanfront listing at 495 Ocean Blvd, Golden Beach offered for $4.3 million. – Alexander Britell
