The historic Mizner Court apartment complex in Palm Beach has been listed for sale at $5.5 million, according to the Palm Beach Daily News. The property, which is located at 184 Sunset Avenue, is being marketed by Cushman & Wakefield’s office in Palm Beach Gardens. “There’s a not a lot of supply of multi-family in Palm Beach,” said Mark Pateman, a broker at Cushman.
