Sperry Van Ness adds new managing director for leasing division in Miami

Sperry Van Ness has named David Wells the new managing director of its Wells Net Leasing Group in Miami, the company announced. Wells, a 15-year industry veteran, will lead what will be a new net lease division focusing on single-tenant credit retail assets across the country. “Being positioned in Miami gives our clients from across the country a unique advantage when marketing their property for a potential disposition,” Wells said. He had formerly been the vice president of an acquisitions fund and previously served as a senior associate for 10 years with Marcus & Millichap. — Alexander Britell
