The Herald Plaza office complex has sold for $9 million to Grover & Corlew, according to CBRE, which marketed the asset for sale and negotiated the transaction on behalf of seller Herald Plaza. The property is located on a 5.16-acre site at 2000-2010 NW 150th Avenue, housing the Miami Herald’s Broward County bureau on I-75.CBRE’s Scott O’Donnell, Dominic Montazemi, Marty Busekrus and Miguel Alcivar represented the seller. CBRE office specialist Jeffrey Kelly provided leasing advisory services.  The seller was a venture between Coconut Creek-based Butters Group and Boca’s Milhous Group. Grover & Corlew acquired the property in partnership with Atlantic Creek Real Estate Partners. — Alexander Britell
