Pompano Beach’s Powerline Industrial building sells for $3.25 million

The 78,936-square-foot Powerline Industrial warehouse facility in Pompano Beach has been sold for $3.25 million, according to Marcus & Millichap, which had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the Miami-based seller. The Class B warehouse-showroom facility includes 14 suites, eight of which are retail/showroom suites and six are warehouse units. It is located at 1711 North Powerline Road. Marcus & Millichap’s Douglas Mandel and Greg Zeifman had the listing. The buyer, a Hallandale-based limited liability company, was secured and represented by Mandel and Zeifman as well. — Alexander Britell
