The Hotel Nash in Miami Beach, which is currently doing business as the Lords South Beach hotel, has been put up for sale by owner Hotel Nash LLC, according to Jones Lang LaSalle, which has the exclusive listing on the 54-room property. The hotel is oriented to gay travelers. “Hotel Nash presents an excellent opportunity for an investor to own a fully renovated historic Art Deco boutique hotel, centrally-located on South Beach, without redevelopment risk,” stated Gregory Rumpel, Managing Director of Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, based in Miami. “Given Miami Beach’s dearth of quality product, we are excited to be bringing this excellent hotel asset to market.” Rumpel and associate Zayli Rodriguez will lead marketing efforts for the property. The price was not released. — Alexander Britell
