Two Palm Beach mobile home park face $30M foreclosure suit

Two mobile home parks, Suni Sands Mobile Home Park and Ocean Tide of Riviera Beach in Palm Beach County, are the targets of a $29.5 million foreclosure lawsuit, the South Florida Business Journal reported. Angelo Falconi, the manager of the combined 366 mobile home is being sued by a firm known as Petra, over a loan issued in 2007.

Suni Sands Mobile Home Park has 130 units on 9.9 acres of land located at 961 North A1A in Jupiter. Ocean Tide of Riviera Beach has 236 units on 12.1 acres of land located at 3051 Broadway in Riviera Beach. [SFBJ]Christopher Cameron
